NDT ITALIANA har mer enn 60 års erfaring innen NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING.

NDT Italiana produserer høykvalitets MT/PT produkter, UV lamper, gel, yokes og manuelle og automatiske testsystemer. Hovedkvarteret ligger i Italia i nærheten av Milano med eget produksjonsareal på over 2.000 kvadratmeter. Magnetisk Partikkel Testing som metode benyttes til å finne defekter i magnetiske materialer. Ved bruk av magnetpulver er det mulig å skille en ufarlig ripe fra en farlig sprekk.

Remains on the indications longer.

Special characteristics:
Fast drying. Spray cans do not clog. Very thin coating( 5 microns )
Increases the indications visibility.
Easily removable with BIO.Remover BC1

Fluo magnetic ink.png

Liqiud Magnetic Fluorescent

Special characteristics:
Conforms to ASME section V art. 7, ISO 9934, ASTM E709: can be used also with visible wavelengths(dual). Very high sensitivity, Ref.Block EN-ISO 9934-2 Type 1 fine cracks are shown. Responds quicker to the magnetic field applied, with brighter indications and no background.

Bio Remover Solvent BC1

Special characteristics:
Excellent solvent action used both as pre-cleaner and as a penetrant remover.
No bad smells, does not leave dints.
